What is the GeneWell TM test?
The test screens for genetic variations that may affect your health, or already do. You can reduce your susceptibility for the risks, by being proactive and implementing the science-based strategies recommended to you. These may vary from modest changes in your environment, your diet, physical activity or adjustments of the nutritional supplements and medications you take.
Studies show that your lifestyle, and the types of foods that you eat, could have a significant effect of the expression of your genes.
The genes included in the GeneWay TM test are associated with:
• Heart Disease
• Insulin disorders
• Mood disorders and depression
• Certain types of cancer
• Oxidative stress
• High blood pressure
• Vitamin D and B requirements
• Bone health
• Iron metabolism
• Estrogen metabolism
• Lactose tolerance
• Drug (medication) metabolism
These tests will give you and your Health Care Practitioner the necessary information and tools to approach your health with precision.
